At the moment, Taiwan Stock Exchange-listed and Taipei Exchange-listed companies (main board) are required to adopt the e-voting platform. Starting 2023, emerging stock companies are also required to include e-voting platform as one of the voting channels for its shareholder meetings.

With effective from today, YSHK will adopt e-voting as the voting method for our FINI clients. Since e-voting has become the mainstream proxy voting channel in the Taiwan market, Citi Taiwan, as our custodian, will no longer support the request from FINI clients to attend shareholder meetings in person given the manual process involved.At the moment, Taiwan Stock Exchange-listed and Taipei Exchange-listed companies (main board) are required to adopt the e-voting platform.
