In accordance with the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and international internet security standards, and to enhance customer account security and user experience while defending against high-frequency SMS fraud and interception risks, our eWinner series (including eWinner plus Android, eWinner plus iOS, eWinner Web Trading, and eWinner PC) will introduce important adjustment to two-factor authentication (2FA) system starting from 1st June 2026.
The existing eWinner login verification process using "One-Time Password SMS (SMS OTP)" will be completely discontinued on 1st December 2026. Users will be required to switch to the public security-enabled application "FortiToken Mobile" for login authentication.
For all customers registered to use SMS as a second verification channel, please contact your Relationship Manager before 1st December 2026, to change your setting to ensure uninterrupted trading services. After successfully installing and binding "FortiToken Mobile," you will use the "One-time password" generated by this application to perform two-factor authentication for eWinner series logins
