We’re committed to improving our services to protect your interests. Starting from 15 May 2024 (“Effective date”), our company will discontinue the standing instruction service.

Starting from the effective date, the related proceeds/dividends will be retained in the account opened with our company. The proceeds from your share sales/dividends will no longer be directly credited to your bank account.  You may check your account balance at any time through our company's mobile app – eWinner Plus or confirm it through the daily or monthly statements sent by our company. If you have a withdrawal request, you can proceed in either of the following two ways:

1. Via eWinner Plus through 2FA authentication, login to personal account for fund withdrawal.
2. Please fill in Fund Withdrawal Instruction and Email to HK.Services.brk@yuanta.com with “account holder name and account number” in the subject line for reference.
